- 1941 - Bruce R. Mayhew joined the firm.
- 1944 - Bruce R. Mayhew was named a partner.
- 1951 - The firm changed its name to Doeren Mayhew & Co. and relocated the company offices to Detroit.
- 1979 - Doeren Mayhew & Co. moved to its offices to Troy, Michigan.
- 1984 - The firm's name was modified to Doeren Mayhew & Co., P.C.
- 1996 - Mark Crawford was voted as Managing Shareholder of the firm.
- 2010 - Doeren Mayhew merged with Houston-based TR Moore & Company.
